The SousVide Supreme water oven is the first all-in-one sous vide appliance designed for the home cook. As part of the brand strategy, we needed to teach consumers about a new cooking technique, as well as the appliance that could produce it. Although the sous vide technique has been widely used by gourmet chefs since the 1970s, it was virtually unknown to home cooks. The "Easy Sous Vide" content was created to raise the learning curve, and highlight the ease-of-use and convenience of SousVide Supreme's core products.
